Thinking of listing your place on Airbnb? Let’s get it right from the start — and it might not cost you a penny!*
If you’re a brand-new host and haven’t yet published a listing, you may be eligible for free one-to-one support from me through Airbnb’s Superhost Ambassador programme. I’ve already helped over 400 new hosts launch successfully, from cosy cottages to countryside cabins, and the support is paid for by Airbnb. Even if your place was previously listed by an agency or a former owner, you may still qualify.
Timing is key, so please get in touch before your listing goes live.
If you’d prefer a more hands-on service, I also offer a paid Co-host setup option where I prepare your listing, manage the details, and provide dedicated co-host assistance to guide you through those first important weeks. There are no tie-in clauses, and to support new or apprehensive hosts this includes an initial period of co-host assistance at no extra charge.
(Subject to property suitability and a co-host agreement.)
*Free help is subject to Airbnb’s Superhost Ambassador Terms and Conditions. To keep things clear and simple, I’ll send you a dedicated Airbnb link to connect with me. Airbnb then confirms whether you qualify for free support, no hidden costs or surprises. * I am an independent Ambassador. Whilst I do receive payment from Airbnb, I am not employed by them. Free assistance is available only to eligible hosts listing an entire place (such as a cottage, annex, shepherd’s hut, static caravan, or holiday home). Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to room-only listings.
